After someone has created a VAN account for you, look for the invitation email.  The invitation email expires after 48 hours. If you do not accept it in time, you will have to reach out to your administrator for a new invitation link. The email title should be “You’ve been invited to join [Your committee’s name] on [Committee Name].” If you cannot find it, remember to check all your folders! 




  1. After you click “Accept Invitation”, it will bring you to VAN’s login page. 
  2. If you do not have an ActionID, proceed to create a new ActionID. 
  3. If you already have an ActionID, link the new committee account and log in.
